CROSSTRAINING

Medium and high intensity functional group training, which employs the whole body muscles.

 

Special attention is paid to the technical performance of the exercises, which will reduce the risk of injuries to a minimum. Ideal for those who want to sweat well and get rid of some extra pounds, as well as for those who want to be in great physical shape and learn a lot of new exercises. Each lesson will be like a separate adventure, because the training exercises and their combinations are never repeated, which makes each lesson unique. The lesson is led by a certified and knowledgeable coach.

 

Duration of the lesson  - 1h

A unique training system that has gained popularity around the world.

 

In these medium-intensity group classes, the emphasis is on exercises based on the gymnast's own body weight. Specific TRX suspension systems allow you to adapt your exercises to any level of physical fitness. Special attention is paid to strengthening the deep muscles and back muscles. It is possible to "burn" 700-1000 calories during each workout. The lesson is taught by a TRX certified and knowledgeable trainer.

FIT BOXING

Fit boxing lesson is for everyone, beginners, experienced gymnasts, girls and guys!

 

The classes will have combinations of boxing elements and fitness exercises that will allow you to burn up to 1000 calories during your workout!  

 

Experienced and certified Trainers will teach you how to achieve your fitness goals with the help of boxing equipment! In the classes so much proper and safe equipment was trained, boxing gloves and bags will be used a lot! Let's note that you will not be allowed to touch your training members!  

 

Fit boxing classes will be non-contact and designed to strengthen a healthy body!

 BOOTY - ABS

BOOTY-ABS moderate-intensity exercise for the muscles of the buttocks, legs and corset (abdominal press)  training and stressing!  

Workouts include exercises and performance variations that directly develop specific muscle groups!

 

The muscles of the buttocks and corset need to be trained not only to look good. 

Strong buttocks and corset muscles:

  • improves gait and posture. 

  • reduces the risk of injury and back pain.

  • improves the functionality of everyday movements.

  • improves athletic performance. 

  • makes you feel and look better.

 

With these trainings you will get the outline of your dream body and the desired tone in the muscles.

MOMMY FIT

We are pleased to announce that we have started teaching special classes for new mothers, led by the great Ieva Klinston.

These will be medium-intensity classes for women, where mothers and their little ones are expected to train (the age of the child does not matter). During the training, the mother has the opportunity to exercise while the little one is playing, making friends with other children or sleeping for a day. Great opportunity for those mothers who do not have the opportunity to go to training without their baby.  

 

The exercise is also suitable for mothers after childbirth to restore muscle strength with gentle exercise.  

 

Classes will be given every Monday and Wednesday at 13.00.  

Classes will be led by certified fitness trainer Ieva Klintstone

Individual lesson under the supervision of a coach.

 

This is a great way to reach your goals much faster. Professional coach  will help to adapt the exercises especially to your physical fitness. Will draw up a training plan, help to organize nutrition issues, as well as provide the necessary dose of motivation for daily training.
